Cake Bites new addition! The Vodka and Cranberry Bite: Fresh cranberries, crystallised lime, lots of wholesome ingredients including my vodka cocktail mix, keeping the vodka bite fresh for longer. This does not contain nuts. However Cake Bites are made in an environment that contains nuts.

Gluten free crunchy-topped tray baked Carrot and Coconut is perfect for an afternoon treat, or to send as a gift for a loved one. This naturally sweet cake contains eggs and lots of fresh and wholesome ingredients. This recipe does not contain any nuts, but please be aware all Cake-Bites are prepared in an area that may have traces of nuts.
Almond and Apricot Bites – Diabetes friendly

Suitable for people with diabetes, my Almond with Apricot Bite is a favourite for everyone who has tried it. This moist cake bite is sweetened with apricots, and low in raw cane sugar and fruit sugar. Finished with an apricot crunchy almond glaze, it will keep well., and is the perfect choice to enjoy with a cup of tea, or to send as a gift to a loved one.

Our range aims to cater for any taste – from our traditional Chocolate Brownie and Fabulous Flapjack Bites, or our more adventurous Rocky Road Cake-Bite, to our exotic Cocktail Cakes, or our seasonal inspirations! We also cater for our customers with special dietary requirements with our Gluten free Carrot and Coconut Cake-Bite, or if you have diabetes why not try our Apricot Almond with crunchy topping sweetened with apricots which is low in raw cane sugar and fruit sugars.(This product contains almonds)

Our Cake-Bites are made from the healthiest ingredients. We use coconut oil, raw cane sugar, fresh fruit and locally sourced free range eggs. Our gluten free Cake-Bites are made with a blend consisting of rice, tapioca, xanthan gum, buckwheat and maize, to mention but a few.If you are wheat intolerant, rather than allergic to wheat and gluten you may like to try one of our other cakes made with spelt flour. Although spelt contains gluten many people are able to tolerate it as it is a wholesome and pure flour.
